What a pleasant surprise. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Rachael was great! My neck and upper back is feeling so good after the massage. I would highly recommend.

I had been having a sore lower back for a couple of weeks. Rachael was great. The pressure was just right. she really got into my lower back and glutes. I could feel the pain disappear as the massage went along. One of the best massages I have ever had.

My massage therapist was a nice lady named Rachael. I went in with a stiff upper back. The massage was very good. The stretching and pressure was perfect to relive the tension in my body. I’ll have to go back again for an hour session next time

I used to go to one of the massage places in the shopping centre, but I always left feeling bruised and like they never listened to me about where my pain was. A friend recommended Adaptive Massage to me, so I thought I would give it a try. Rachael was fantastic, she targeted the areas I wanted massaged. But best of all I did not leave feeling bruised. I will be coming back.

I play golf a lot and have been getting a sore shoulder when hitting the golf ball. My friend recommended I got try and massage at Box33 Massage Recovery Room. I had Travis for the massage. He was super informative, quickly diagnosed the cause, explained what he was going to do, then straight into working on the shoulder. The best part is my shoulder no longer hurts and I can enjoy playing golf again. Highly recommended and I will certainly be back again.

My massage was excellent! I left feeling relaxed with no tension in my muscles or joints. Rachael listened to everything I needed done and applied just the right amount of pressure when needed. I highly recommend this place for a good massage
