I first started seeing Anne when pregnant with my first child, and she did wonders to release my painful hips with incredible knowledge, empathy and professionalism. I have continued to see Anne for over 5 years now and she has helped me through my second pregnancy and beyond. Anne's use of 'pnf' and recommended stretching to release stubborn muscles is a relief compared to the poking and prodding of previous massage therapists.

Wonderful Remedial massage. Anne was super respectful and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She listened to everything I had to say and really helped with various issues- tight neck, jaw, headache, back etc. great advice and a very good treatment. Would highly recommend.
